The first step is to bring over your concept as accurate as possible to our designers.



• Send us your own artwork template or ask for our blank template examples.

Preferred file types: Adobe Illustrator AI files or High resolution (minimum 300 dpi) PDF files

• Attach logo's (in vector format) and mention logo size and positioning


• Choose your colors from our digital DS color palette which are consistently reproduced on the variety of fabrics we offer. If colors are outside our standard color palette you can send us PMS (Pantone Matching System) numbers for color matching. We offer standard pattern forms in European size fits designed by sport athletes to ensure top performance (you can ask for our size charts and fitting samples).

However, if you want to use your own styles, our pattern department will develop all sizes and fitting samples at an additional fee. We do need a complete size specification, or digital pattern files. After your confirmation on all sizes we will keep your styles in our ‘pattern library’ (we only develop patterns based on a certain volume guarantee).

We will help you choose from all our different finishing possibilities, stitching options etc.

A great product requires great raw - materials. 

Both at entry level as at top performance we know your brand needs to offer the best in each price range. Thanks to our expertise and close relationships with domestic Chinese, Asian and Italian suppliers, we are able to give you different suggestions in raw materials along the development stage.



Before starting production we always send a sample and/or an A3 artwork swatch for your approval.

It is important to double check and confirm colors and logo positions. Furthermore, fitting your garment is of great value to check on pattern form, size and finishing before production starts.
Your sample and swatches are free of charge when an order follows (excl. courier cost).
We recommend you have a courier account number, such as DHL, UPS or FedEx. This way we can easily send samples and save time. After confirmation of the artwork and sample approval we are ready to start production.
We ask for a deposit of 50%. Balance before shipment by TT payment.




Our team will assist you with the completion of your production order sheet. All order details will be put into our provided order form where you can also mention the size breakdown and volumes. After receipt of your deposit payment we will get started and produce the custom clothing you’ve always wanted!




Dynamic Sports provides one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. 

Our delivery period is 3-4 weeks after approval of the artwork/sample for order volumes below 1000 pieces in the low season (November - April, excl. Chinese New Year). 

During high season our lead time is 4-6 weeks. 


Shipments are mostly done by air (Shanghai PVG airport), per courier for extra fast deliveries or by sea for larger bulk volumes. 

Mostly, our orders are processed and shipped FOB Shanghai. 

Shipping, duties, taxes and custom fee’s are the responsibility of the customer.
